Traveling from Dallas, we drove by Long Lake Resort and turned around to check it out. We stayed for one night and found it very clean and safe. We walked the trails, watched wildlife, then
fished in the lake. I think Long Lake Resort would be a perfect wedding venue for a simple nature wedding or family reunion! We love it and recommend it to all. The service was great. Friendly! No wifi, but we survived and feel we got more time with nature without the distraction of the internet. We had periodic cell service, though.
