My husband lucked upon your facility when we had a bad experience at another. We are about 4 hours from home. He brought our camper over and it was so relaxing and quiet. Loved all of the animals and the scenery was absolutely AMAZING!! I highly recommend this facility! We will be back!!
I only gave 4 stars because it didn't have the schedule for the horse riding, we checked in on Sunday and found out Monday from the front desk at the visitors center that they only do one hour trail trips on Friday and Saturdays, but other than that it was amazing, we left feeling refreshed, the lake side suites had everything you could need, the linens were clean, bed was 🥰, we are going to make another trip and get a cabin next time, so worth every penny
Traveling from Dallas, we drove by Long Lake Resort and turned around to check it out. We stayed for one night and found it very clean and safe. We walked the trails, watched wildlife, then
fished in the lake. I think Long Lake Resort would be a perfect wedding venue for a simple nature wedding or family reunion! We love it and recommend it to all. The service was great. Friendly! No wifi, but we survived and feel we got more time with nature without the distraction of the internet. We had periodic cell service, though.
We stopped here on an RV trip from NC to AZ for a 2 day rest. It was like heaven. Beautiful scenery, quiet, spacious pull through, full hook ups, great staff, out in the country but shopping close by. And super reasonable price! Ten star really. We would love to go back and stay longer! Highly recommend!
