Can't complain about the crowds. Made it there a few hours before dark in late Sept. Literally the only ones camping. Lots of spaces that have concrete pads and fire pits.
We set the tent up on one and quickly realized that the concrete was radiating heat from the days sun. It finally dissipated around 9:00p. Night temp was very tolerable. Dog loved running around.
No fee no permits necessary. First come first serve
No water, no place for trash. Hauled ours out, but it looks like everyone's been mindful of that.
