Just drive down the dirt roads and when you see an open space, stake your claim, set up camp, and enjoy the Redwoods in all of there Majesty, right from your exquisitely primitive site. There is no charge to stay at Horse Camp but there is also no running water, toilets, plug ins, no "on site" staff to answer questions, no convenient slabs to put your tent on, there is literally nothing and no one between you and nature, and that is exactly what I like most about it.
