Management seems stretched thin and when you pay over $80 for a cabin that doesn't have water or restrooms you expect the wifi and TV to work. Getting the water and having to walk 150 feet to the nearest bathroom is doable. The pool closed at 7pm others close at 10pm, because when you are out camping and seeing the scenery you still want to come back to the KOA and relax and enjoy the amenities like a refreshing dip in the pool. Nice front desk and staff, but when you ask about the issues with TV or WiFi they openly complain like you are ruining their day. Not a good feeling to complain in the first place, but to have it thrown in your face just add the cherry on top.
The facilities and grounds were OK, and the bathrooms were decent. The ac unit and ceiling fan had a hard time keeping the cabin cooled. In fact the ac unit wasn't even turned on until we arrived around 5pm. We paid for the cabin ahead of time and they could have turned it on so we didn't have to suffer all night trying to sleep. It's the little things like that make you appreciate the space. Not worth $80 per night. I want a partial return for our troubles.
