Visited back in the winter of 2020. Best way to come is using the the loop road from 244. It seemed to be gravel and was rather smooth for our truck. Saw several people camping back in there. The loop road between here and Lindy point is 4x4 and very rough and we didn't attempt it. Parking is limited to a few cars and the trail is narrow and swampy in spots. Since it was a snowy morning we were a little disappointed at the view as we couldn't see much, but that's no fault of the view, just weather being weather.
