Be aware of negotiating spaces here—my husband was told a space for an RV was $40 a night by owner Danny, who was very cordial over the phone and seem to entice my husband with the fact that he just needed to send a text to him letting him know what date he wanted to stay, in a very casual way. When we arrived, my husband was told there was a two night minimum stay, which was not revealed by the owner. My husband did offer to pay in advance over the phone previously when inquiring about park and costs and the owner all told him there was no need for that.
Talk about fish in a barrel! We did not appreciate that it ended up costing over double to stay there to the tune of $100 per night. Next time we will stay on public lands!
Our advice to anyone coming into this RV park is to know what you’re paying for before you get there and pay in advance before you show up tired and don’t know what else is available in the area.
The park has very nice staff, however, the accommodations are rough and unappealing.
