A beautiful place to camp. But for $15 there is no trash disposal or water. Which is fine but most sites don't even have a picnic table. There is a fire ring but no grate on it. I've been to dozens of Forest Service campgrounds and almost all of them have a picnic table and standard fire ring with a grate on it at a minimum. The roads around the campground are in rough shape but it didn't seem to be too much of an issue for most trailers. A lot of sites are uneven and while generally the sites are spread out, some are quite close to each other. It's a popular OHV area and while 95% of the riders are considerate there's the few that tear back and forth through the campground. When I arrived the bathrooms were clean and well stocked but after a couple of days they weren't quite as nice. Thanks fellow campers. Also expect the smell of burning trash because some people are too lazy to pack it out.
