I left very unhappy from this RV park and have never experienced such horrible customer service by the manager Carrie and her assistant Stacy. To start anytime you might have a question or need assistance with something they will make you feel like your a nusenc. This place will return your packages and we are a traveling work family and I have never at any of the parks I've been at been refused a USPS package. They will make you feel like you are not worth staying there over some complaints, not even if you 100% addressed them and did exactly what was asked of you. They overlook the bigger issues of exposed niddles in restroom, people smoking constantly in restrooms and not cleaning the mold in the showers.
Lastly, when I went to cancel my rebooking because they said I that's all they where doing, but said I could come back another time which made no sense. I asked for a cancelation receipt or email and would be okay with something in writing, the Manager, said I have nothing to give or am giving you and I stated I really wanted some kind of confirmation and she told me To Get Out OF the Office!!! Then I called the customer service number and they where able to provide an email immediately and I asked why she couldn't give me something and they said They didn't know, because she could have.
