This is probably the oldest and smallest KOA we've ever stayed in. Our site was muddy because of a new ditch ( for water, sewer, electric?) that was poorly filled or tamped. Yes, they had rain the day before, but a properly tamped fill would not have sunk in so much. Bathrooms are clean but tiny, 2 toilets and 2 showers, but a parked Jeep blocked access to the ramp for those in a wheelchair or walker. Maybe better in summer?
