Where to start. The idiot maintenance guy left our power unplugged for a day, so I had to travel to pick up my generator, thinking it was a power outage, only to find it was negligence. That same maintenance idiot drives in the gravel in his blue Ford focus like an absolute idiot toolbag, almost ran me my wife and out dog over cornering in the gravel at like 30 mph around a blind corner at night walking our dog. They also burn brush in a ravine so it smells like smoke, but hey screw my lungs and breathing problems right. Also it CONSTANTLY SMELLS LIKE SEWER HERE. But hey, I left this place with a $400 electric bill I have zero intention to pay so maybe treat your residents like they're more than trash and they'll treat you in kind. This place blows.
Edit: to the owner: we talked to the front office about the power, we were discouraged from reaching out to the owners/management as they stated that management wouldn't do anything about the outage. Acted like they didn't care and that there was no point to my wife reaching out to management/owners. Only the next day did we find out it was an incompetent maintenance man who left our row unplugged.
And you know what? I'm letting future visitors know what to expect, BEFORE they have to visit your office to get blown off by staff. Even if you had made these issues right, people should know what to expect from this dump before it gets to that point.
And if the ravine burning and sewer smell isn't your fault, it still makes your RV park awful, and people should know.
