Other facilities: exercise room, library, and recreation room listed; however, they seemed more like someone’s residence rather than a community facility.
Dog friendly:
Location and size of area: Large grassy areas surrounding campground to walk the dogs leashed and medium sized off-leash area fenced towards the back of the campground. No pickup bags or stations located anywhere in the park.
Camp store:
Small camp store with convenience type basic needs. Items seem a bit dated and could do with a refresh. Small RV section for random items in an emergency. Ice for sale and Blue Bell ice cream with many flavors. Small souvenir section.
Camp staff interactions: we only interacted with one person, but we had multiple interactions. Every time we spoke with her, she was patient and friendly. She made our stay more pleasant.
