Beautiful hike. We parked at Wash pond and hiked all the way to the caves, the tower around the bluffs and back and it took about 1.8, MI. It's very Rocky and there are some ups and downs so I would consider this a moderate hike. Make sure you wear good shoes. It's very clean and well maintained. This would be good for pretty much any age. And it's dog friendly.
