We bought our house (Appalachian Reserve 60) as a stepping stone house before we build our forever home in the near future and it’s going to be hard leaving this home!! We love it so much and get so many compliments from guests! We love this house as a little family of 3 as our daughter has a whole room just for her toys! 🤣 Brittany Fennell made the buying process so easy and was a pleasure to work with!! I definitely recommend people looking for a home to put on some land to definitely check out yess home center of CORDELE!!

Kim And Brittany at Yess Home Center in Cordele GA are the best. We had been looking for a while in person and on line I would see something i liked and send a email. There was a lot of emails and one day out of all the email's Kim Vonier is the only one to call me so we set up a appointment and we found the home that we wanted still had to work on a few

My husband and I started looking for a home in 2019. We had been several places including Yess Home Center. All the other places we had been when we told them our budget they acted as if they didn't want to help us. When we went to Yess Home Center in Cordele they didn't push us away when they found out our budget. They worked with us and found us a home. Jacob, Mrs Rachel and Brittany are great people and they work for a God based company. They have went above and beyond helping us get our home. We would recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing a home, and Thank them for all they have done.
