I have had several friends that has stayed at this park and they had there trailers broken into while they would go home for the weekend and had thing stolen. There cars were also broken into. I would not recommend this park to anyone. There are to many other nice and safe parks around Minden to stay in. If you don't believe me call the Webster Parish Sheriff's office and ask them....
Work in progress but very nice facilities. The owner is still working everyday to make the park the best in town.
Quite, simi secluded. If we come back through this way we will be staying here.
I recently spent a couple days at the park and it served all my purposes. I understand it is a work in progress as Kevin has recently obtained the place. That said it was quiet, good spacing and all the hookups worked properly. There is internet onsite which has decent speed for a park. I didn't have any issues with road noise or neighbors and it has the feeling of being away from the town. For the price I paid I feel it was well worth it. I wish Kevin the best of luck with his new RV park!
Called a week ahead of time to reserve a spot for 2 weeks (possibly longer). After driving 4 hours to get there, I called them to let them know I was there and ready to park. They begin to tell me that the lot is full and no reservations was under my name. I said how could that be? He began to tell me that if he told me I had a spot reserved he don't remember, and there's nothing he could do for me. How do you run a business like that? Ended up in a nicer rv park anyway.
Not at all what we expected. A basic park. First impression was that it was very run down, but the hookups worked fine. The people were nice the facilities not really.
