The campsites are well maintained. Best features community pavilion has everything you need to cook anything, that’s real. Turnouts to allow your horses time out of the confined stall. Least feature, There are horse flies and deer flies from late may to first of July so bring some deer spray it is really the only thing that helps with the horse flies.

They have saloon sounds like there is a little dance every Saturday. The men are happy to dance with you. My group had a really nice stay and ride.

We found this camp on Google Maps, looking for places to stay on short notice. Rustic Sky went out of their way to get us in last minute and made us feel at home and a part of a family the moment we arrived. We've been here for a couple months now. We've not yet found a camp that is as freindly as this one. The owners, regulars and weekenders are wonderful. We enjoy the pot luck dinners, the weekly music and dancing, the regular campfires and all the activities that happen each and every week. They have fantastic guides to take you out into the forest trails. They'll work a route to accomodate whatever you need or are looking for for your rides. Walk up to the two big campfires that happen every weekend and sometimes during the week and someone is sure to offer you a chair and some friendly conversation. During our stay we needed to travel away for a family funeral. Everyone went out of their way to help us out and make sure we had nothing to worry about while we left our RV for several days. When I say everyone, I mean the owners, the camp workers and the regulars who all made sure we could focus on our family members during such a time. We've made some new friends here and we've already booked a site for next winter's escape from cold Minnesota.

The best place for camping with your horses. They have covered stalls and provide wagons and stall rakes for stall cleaning. The Owners Sky and Gina are the best along with Kim And Dustin. They will do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. Great trails also and plenty of trail guides available so you can ride & see the beautiful Kisatchie National Forest!!
