From jct I-4 & Memorial Blvd: Go 2 mi E on Memorial Blvd, then 1 mi S on Wabash Ave, then 1 block W on New Tampa Hwy.
It's more of a geriatric crowd here, but if you're retired, like shuffleboard and bingo this is the place for you. Very well-managed, everybody's friendly. Laundry facility is very clean, they have their own post office. Heated swimming pool is very well maintained. Wish they could pick it up, and move it to Tampa Bay area!
A lot of welker mobile homes it's nice to have RVs very clean place well kept up desirable place to live on scale of 10 I'd give it a 9
We are 5 years into being snowbirds at Woodall's. We love Woodall's and all of the friends we've made ! Like any place, there have been a couple of minor issues but they were addressed quickly and professionally. My wife Regina and I enjoy the pool as much as possible. We do wish the pool was heated better and maybe tarped at night to hold the heat in better on those "winter" nights when it gets cold but with the equipment being dated the staff does a great job. But not complaining, at least we aren't shoveling snow to get out of the driveway! Lol.
My wife and I just spent a month at Woodall's.
First let me say we enjoyed our stay there very much. The manager and the staff were very professional and helpful. The residents were all very friendly and welcomed us into the community. There are a variety of things to do almost everyday of the week. I would recommend this park to anyone. My wife and I are wanting to go back next year for 2 months. Sadly at this point there are no available spots to reserve. We’re hoping for a cancelation and a opportunity to get back in.
I love the combination of RVs and mobile homes. We've met some of the nicest people. They have lots of activities such as line dancing, quilting, cards, bingo, concerts, shuffle board, luncheons, bowling, potlucks and more. The heated pool is an added bonus. The park is neat, clean and well maintained.
