I was just doing some horizontal control at holiday out trying to establish the boundaries for a parcel of land that apparently has some encroachment conflicts between the units the neighborhood seems quaint and quite quiet people are nice so I don't know how it is to live there but I think he had for the 55 and over communities good place to be that you have the intercoastal as well as the ocean between
Very nice place. Easily walk to the private beach and private pool that is just for the residents and guests of the neighborhood. Right on the beach and pool is a large 2 story club house with free wifi. People use the second floor for weddings, birthdays and any kind of celebration. The first floor has bathrooms with showers, a library, billiards pool and ping pong. There are also boat slips and a boat ramp available inside the neighborhood for the residents and guests. Boat slips cost about $215 a month to rent and use of the ramp is free.
Interested in the beach for diving. An acquaintance suggested I try this area.sand is like pure sugar sand. As far as I could swim was pure sand. No fish. No reef .curiously really nothing was seen on my dive except afew jelly fish which are normally not common in August. Visibility was murky. Nice beach otherwise
Holiday Out At St Lucie is a pretty cool neighborhood. I don't live here but i have visited twice. It looks really clean, great amenities, pool, flub house and walking distance to the beach. Really quiet neighborhood. You can definitely tell management is doing a great job at maintaining the place.
Beautiful, quiet community with a great deal of enjoyable ammenities. Across the street from the ocean, a huge pool, seperate toddler pool & so much more, just a perfect vacation. Had a great time with my family!
