This is an Airstream park with 50 sites available for non Airstream units
8 miles to beach, 18 miles to Cocoa Beach, 35 miles to Cape Canaveral, and 66 miles to Orlando. I-95 to Exit 183. Go 1/2 mile East, South on John Rodes Blvd 1 mile. Park is on the left.
We moved in with our travel trailer on July 1st this year. The people are friendly, the grounds are well maintained & the location is close to everything. We are very happy here for the next year!
This is a very clean park. Mostly Airstreams. 55+ only, and I don't think kids or pets are allowed, which is why I only give it 4 stars. No one has outdoor patio furniture or anything for that matter, so I can only assume they're picky about things.
This is no longer an airstream only park. Needs to change some of its policies. The world changed after Covid and people are using their Airstream’s differently now. They also need to revisit their pet policy. Everyone is in other peoples business. Would not recommend this place.
A 55 and over community and we loved it. They may not have had amenities like a pool and laundry. They did have lots of activities going on in the clubhouse. People in the community were very friendly. We would absolutely return
