Always a great place. It’s one of my favorite places to travel
Great view from the bridge. Nice hikes around the Goose rock and to the beach. Nice swimming on the beach when tide current is not strong. Beautiful view are everywhere
Great and famous place for paddling. Canoe pass is very popular in kayak community. But dangerous. Beware
Pass lake nearby and beaches. Short drive to the eerie mountain and beautiful views on the Fidalgo island from there. Shrimp shack nearby for the launch. I love this place
Been here many times when I was stationed at NAS Whidbey. There's plenty of parking and they have a slot you can pay for parking with. The bridge has nice views if you want to walk along it but don't hesitate to walk the trails. The trails around the bridge are really easy and off plenty of interesting places to check out. You can also walk down to the beach front and enjoy the water. Highly recommend this quaint little area.
Well, it’s Deception Pass after all. Remarkable natural beauty.
Take the hike down to water and skip some rocks.
Then head into town and grab a great meal.
Washington nature at its finest.
You're hard pressed to find a more beautiful state park although in the PNW there's no shortage. One of the more beautiful state parks I've been to. We did a handful of short hikes here and really enjoyed our time
Absolutely stunning views from either side of the bridge. The height and magnitude of the bridge is astonishing I love coming here every chance I get. And the courage was somebody that has a fear of heights to walk across this massive bridge I salute you I've done it twice now it is a must.
