Located near La Push and Rialto Beach, we're also just down the road from a popular fishing and swimming river. There are also plenty of hiking destinations in the area. The sites are nestled within 4 acres of wooded land behind the pasture of the homestead, so you can enjoy watching goats and pigs.
What a gem to find this place. Securing campsites at the last minute can be so challenging in the summer in the PNW. Natalie and her family have seen the opportunity of having land and making it accessible for others. She was super accommodating and even let us use her dryer when one of our water jugs sprung a leak and soaked my husband’s clothes.
This place is great. Dolores told us it just opened in July 2021. We were gonna stay at the Mora campground but when we got there it was full. Sun was setting, so we ventured over here and so glad we found this campground. We called the number on the sign and Natalie was super helpful. Felt very safe. Plenty of sites. Women-run and so many nice touches. Port-o-potties, fresh eggs, goats you can pet. running water, everything you could need for a campsite. Highly recommend!
Of all, be it place or green belt or camping, I loved the sky (personally it's my bestest)... Summer is the best time to vote the star filled sky along with a beautiful view of milky way...
An amazing place to camp! The sites are nice, very Family friendly! I'm solo camping and everyone has been great! The hosts are so very kind and take care of us campers! I'm so glad I stumbled on this amazing site!
Primitive sites, away from town. Firewood available. Tables and benches and fire pits at each site. Plenty of tree cover. Toilet available. Host is really nice. Quiet at night. Close to rialto and la push. Enjoyed it here.
