My recent visit to Wandering Woodlands in Forks, Washington, was an enchanting experience. Surrounded by towering trees and lush greenery, it’s such a beautiful destination for camping. Exploring the captivating hiking trails led me to breathtaking vistas and hidden waterfalls. The staff's warm hospitality and local insights added authenticity to my stay. Whether you're a Twilight fan or seeking a peaceful retreat, Wandering Woodlands offers an unforgettable escape into nature's embrace. Highly recommended.

The directions were clear, property was absolutely beautiful, facilities were super clean, and the campsites were the perfect size for tent camping. You’re butted right up to a cow field but can’t smell them. One of us even woke up to a baby deer sleeping next to the tent. Perfect distance from La Push beach and Forks. I would absolutely recommend. Thanks so much to our hosts, we had a wonderful time.

This little place was great! It was well maintained and the instructions to get there were very clear. Do expect a stray cow or two to be here and there in the general vicinity (one of the neighbors is known to not have secure fencing), but none of them wandered into the campground itself. The campground itself is in trees on the edge of a field, so if you want to do some star gazing you can just take a nice walk down the same road you drove in on, and take a folding chair if needed. The location is convenient for getting into Forks for groceries or getting to La Push for the beach, would definitely recommend staying here!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at the Wandering Woodlands!

The campground itself was beautiful and neat. The port-a-potty was very clean, there are games set up for everyone to enjoy, and there is easily accessible first-aid and safety materials. The campground is also in an AMAZING location with Forks, La Push, and Rialto very close by.

The campsite was great too with privacy, a lovely fire pit, and fresh dirt that was very easy to stake a tent in. Though we weren’t in a campsite next to the cows, there is an area to go and look at them and they are too cute! Great experience.

Last but certainly not least, the biggest plus to this place is the owners! Absolutely lovely couple who will make you feel right at home. Thank you again!

I went for my sister's birthday caming trip It's was super beautiful and peaceful. Campsites have parking along with fire pits and plenty of space for tents. We were right by the cows and could hear them moo but it wasn't loud and there was no smell. Highly recommend this place for camping also close enough to the beach, just a short minute drive. Will be going back!!
