Walnut Hollow is a pristine cattle ranch beautifully landscaped with wildflowers. There are two ponds, one stocked with fish and one for swimming, both are maintained well and looked inviting. The cows were grazing on the nearby hill and were great fun to watch and listen to as we dined on one of their former companions! Our host, Charlie, was a great source of information and obviously takes well deserved pride in his ranch. The farm store sells many cuts of beef and he helped us pick out the steak for dinner. It was pricey but outstanding. I was proud of myself for not ruining it on the grill. Do not miss this wonderful place.

Great place, quiet with no road noise. Friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings I would definitely stay here again . We purchased some steaks there to grill out and to go. It was probably the best steak I have ever eaten. The only downside was that the 2 sites on the hill 'was that you faced each other. Most of the time we shared it with cows Turkeys deer and humming birds.
