Owner is a very grumpy old man. Lot is very bare, no trees of any kind for shade. Porta johns are very dirty and disgusting. Would recommend anywhere else but here.
New park with lots of potential. Level gravel sites with reliable utilities. WiFi needs help but I'm sure it'll improve over time. Grand opening on 22 July 2023.
I recently stayed here for 3 nights. This is a brand new resort, so the grounds are still a little bare at the moment. There's a large grassy area in the middle, and I saw a ton of freshly planted trees that will eventually fill out.
There's direct access to the Green River, which was surprisingly sandy and nice. They have full hookups, the wifi works well, and overall, the place is quiet, clean, and very friendly. No cell service for Verizon in the area, but I was told that AT&T works. Highly recommended
