Love this campground! Always have a great time and staff us amazing. So sad to see all the troubles they've been through, unfortunately they have priced us out of going there. Way,way, way too expensive. 😪

Experienced inconveniences at the campground, feeling nickeled and dimed. Paid $2,800/month with an extra $15 for mail. Frustration over holding driver's license and credit card hostage for propane, finding it unnecessary given the substantial monthly fee already paid. Suggested upfront payment for propane if concern exists.

Campground vibe feels controlling; mandated 24/7 wristbands for long-term stays. Inconvenient for work, and a fee for replacement. Atmosphere akin to captives; absence of wristband treated as an escape attempt, penalized with fines.

They charge a premium for the row away from the highway, however are constantly running heavy equipment (i.e. tractors, jackhammers, skid steers, fork lifts) in the back rows that are supposed to be quieter. Folks' rates should be prorated for noisy days considering the premium paid for expectation of additional peace in these areas.

Anyways, average experience IMO for the local weekenders, or an overnight stay for those who don't have capacity to boondock.

This was our first visit and we loved it! The whole resort was very clean, zero dirt, tons of grass, and beautiful palm trees. Our rv site was nice and level. There’s a pool and jacuzzi, a playground, a little general store with everything we needed (s’mores fixings, toys for my toddler, firewood, etc.). The staff were all extremely gracious and friendly. And the size of the resort is impressive! Wonderful for walking or riding a bike. The resort manager, Carrie, is very responsive a gem of a human being. She made vacation planning fun! Highly recommend this resort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were extended stays for the last year and we were very sad to leave. The staff became like family to us, they are very kind and always there to help if you need anything. The office staff is the best and the security always made us feel secure. I loved being so close to the beach and downtown. When we come back, we will definitely be staying here. They are so amazing and also they made my cats feel so welcome and were sad to take them away from all the kind people that either lived there long term or short term vacationers.
