Had a little bumpy start but the Manager R and RM P are the best! They went above and beyond to get me into the best location for a 1st time rv'er. Just love the friendliness of everyone. This is my new home and I wouldn't want it any other way.

I have lived in one of the cabins since March of 2023. And I am gladly moving out March of this year. From the park looking in disrepair the last 11 months I’ve been here, to me not having hot water for 12 days….where do I start. The owners or whatever corporation this is obviously do not care about residents and don’t want to cough up the bill when it comes to it. I had a hot water heater replaced in my cabin that I removed myself because nobody else seemed to care enough to do so. If I didn’t take matters into my own hands and contact the plumber directly I would still be without hot water because none of the (emergency) lines work on Sundays. Come to find out the park did not pay the plumber for his services (supplying the hot water heater and installing it). not a DIME. After all that was settled I asked about prorating my rent for the month and was told that it was not an option because I pulled the water heater out. So if you’re still following along not only did the plumber not get paid for supplying the water heater and installing it. They just took the free water heater replacement and pocketed it. Take this as you will but as a business owner myself if I treated customers like this I wouldn’t have any left.

I’ve been a resident at this Rv park for over a year now and it’s a great place to live. The residents are friendly. I love the amenities. The new management, specifically Robin, is always so helpful. She always answers the phone during office hours and is so attentive. Definitely recommend this park!

The changes In the park since Robin has taken over are greatly appreciated i wouldnt want to stay anywhere else. The lodge has provided a place for my family to bond whether we are attending an event or my kids are doing games and puzzles in the library while my husband and I play pool there is always something to do here I look forward to my morning dog walks through the beautiful huge trees on the property perfect for sun rise or sunset pictures no matter where you are in the park the cleaning crew and maintenance are really changing the place for the better and I'm happy to see everything going in a positive direction
