From jct Hwy 123 & I-10: Go 4-1/2 mi W on I-10 (exit 605), then 1/2 mi W on South Service Rd.
Stayed there for a little over 3 years . The managers are great friendly neighbors never had any problems I did had a eletric plug go bad maintenence fixed it for me very reasonable . My health is the only reason I had to leave , if my health gets better which it has I will be back . Denise the assistant manager really does a good job if I had any problem she was right on it .
I stayed here for a week and enjoyed my stay. Most of the people here are long term residents but they do make spaces available for short stays. The park and residents are very quiet and it was nice to hear the many birds and nearby animals. It turns out this is an Adult only park which was a plus for me. Suggest you guys add that to your website and update your prices since my weekly stay was $205 not $175 as stated on the website. The size of spaces vary quite a bit. Mine was adequate for what I needed but I have a small 26 foot travel trailer. Wifi was decent for emails, etc. but not to be used for streaming.
Denise was responsive when needed and made several suggestions for restaurants in the area. While there is a cold-water laundry, no other facilities (bathrooms, showers, clubhouse)exist. But they did have an outdoor movie night.
All in all, it was a good stay. Thank you.
This is an amazing RV park. I stayed for a year for work reasons. The staff was incredible and extremely helpful. I’ll miss not being there.
Roomy with lots of trees, relatively quiet,low key place. Assistant manager is very friendly, helpful and does her best to keep tenants content.
I called this park home for 6 months. It was amazing. Peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Management kept the grounds clean and safe. My neighbors were awesome! I miss it already
