Great office staff and community of people! Highly recommend for families! The campground has concessions that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a playground, basketball court, boat rental, trails, free shuffleboard and mini golf, lake swimming, fishing, bingo, ice cream sales at the office, and multiple other amenities.

Had a real good weekend over their Halloween Weekend. Except for a couple campers thought they had to blast their music til late hours of night into early hour's. A little disappointed the owners did nothing about it. Otherwise very well taken care of campground. Love the outer camp sites along the woods. They have so many trails for walking, biking, or even motorized vehicles to enjoy. Nice lake for catch and release, swimming, or even kayaking. Tons of planned out family activities. They had a pond our 2 boys enjoyed trying to catch frogs. Definately plan on returning this year to make more family memories.

This park cost 510.00 a month for 30amp no sewer. A honey wagon will service you but the price changes after 2pm M-F, Sat is higher and Sunday is even higher. If you stay more than 1 month you are required to mow your own grass. They pack you in like sardines, the speed limit in 10 mph but golf carts and other 4 wheeled can go as fast as they want. Children play in the street among flying by vehicles. Most sites are long term guest so the weekend is crazy. Golf carts going flying through your spot. The people are not nice. They posted no motorcycles on the sign entering but people still ride their bikes down the streets. No dog park for such a spread out place. The kids area is not manicured, they even had a food truck hooked up in the park. You have to park in the middle on grass and 1 nighters have to park amongst the cars. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They only take CASH and use 2 accounting books at the same time.

Ignore the bitter trouble-maker reviews, would you really want to camp next to those people? I stay here every single time I visit family in Marshall. When you call ahead (and there's almost always a place you can park, even when it's busy since they try to leave a few gaps here n there) let them know if you are wanting to cook out, stay up late, etc. One end is a little later awake than the center where the long term and quiet young fogies like myself want to sleep. YES they only take cash, maybe a check if you are around a while.

Cooking the books? what a rude insinuation that gal made. What ever happened to traditional values and establishments that don't require a credit card and multiple i.d.'s? This place is more traditional, conservative values than any place you'll visit.

Clean. Keep it clean.

Friendly. Behave yourself and relax knowing others will as well. The honey wagon is awesome. He even checks and trouble shoots and is super knowledgeable. This property is surrounded by water (hence the Tri Lakes?) a sewer system throughout all the little meandering drives and water ways wouldn't be even remotely reasonable.

Ignore the nay sayers, come stay where the trees are big and shady, the neighbors are chill and accomodating, and the dogs are always as happy as the children.

Our first time there. A peaceful, friendly, clean camp facility. We enjoyed our time there. The staff is doing a great job. Enjoy the Geese waddling around the grounds.
