Nestled on nearly 1,000 feet of pristine lake frontage, Top O' the Morn Resort is a classic, full service resort with unlimited opportunities for the whole family. We have a total of 61 campsites, ranging from semi-private tent sites with power to huge pull thru, full hook-up RV sites that accommodate the biggest of the big rigs. All RV sites are equipped with at least 30A power and water, and we have a variety of sites with full hook-ups (water, sewer, and both 30A and 50A connections). There are open sites, shaded sites, primitive sites, pull thru sites, and lakefront sites available …. whatever you desire!
With nearly 40 acres of diverse property on the shores of beautiful Iron Lake, we have "just the perfect setting" for any preference. our Northwoods resort is located just south of Iron River, Wisconsin, which is in the heart of the Chequamegon National Forest and Bayfield County Forest lands. We are just a short drive from the Bois Brule River, Lake Superior's Chequamegon Bay, Bayfield and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, Cable and the CAMBA trail system, the North Country Trail, the Twin Ports of Duluth/Superior, and so much more!

Nice grounds. Feels very cozy. Only 3 miles from town. The owners are very nice folks.
I'd recommend this place. We'll be back next time we're traveling in Iron River area
If you are looking for a wilderness experience yet close to unique area attractions (mainly Lake Superior) this place is for you! However, there may be no need to leave the grounds to enjoy your get-a-way. Just the drive to get there is (paved roads) a wilderness experience. The grounds and facilities are kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff gives excellent customer service. The lake is so calming and the water is clean! Long term residents have very well kept areas. I would recommend this RV park to anyone passing thru this area. Also want to note that the grocery store in Iron River is surprisingly (for a tourist area) well stocked and prices are comparable to where I live. We camped at Top O' The Morn Resort & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
Wonderful place! Clean, friendly, great fishing! We rented cabin 1. I highly recommend this place!
I do recommend updating the website as we were disappointed that there wasn’t bait available to purchase on site and no motors available for rent.
Great campground with friendly people. One of the seasonal campers helped me back in my camper and offered a hose when he heard we were having issues. Owners were pleasant and great to work with. Love the access to the lake. Overall great experience. Will definitely be back!
This place was great. We were just making a stop to do laundry and get ready to head to SD. We should of planned to stay longer. There’s lots to do in the area with the river and national forest so close. There is a beautiful little lake right on the property. This place is so nice with all the tall pines. The owners were great. This Florida girl was very happy with this park. The pictures on Campendium did not do it justice. If you go to the place is website it will show you more accurate pictures of the property.
Thanks for hosting us.
