Recently visited this venue for an event and was so pleased by everything!! the staff was so amazing and the food was great! i got the chance to talk with the event coordinator and she was the best person for this job! definitely will be going back to this place for another event!
Ames Golf and Country Club is a beautiful course, and venue. The food they prepare for events is like a 5 star dining experience! Their staff is extremely attentive and courteous!
We were here for a company Christmas party. Food was amazing!! Best part of the whole night and the only reason for the 4 stars.
However, chairs were ripped and peeling and the carpet needed to be replaced. You can see that they are in the process of upgrading and making it better, but it has a long way to go.
I recently had the privilege to attend an event at this venue and I must say, I was completely taken aback by the professionalism and dedication that the hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff displayed throughout this wonderful evening. Staff were pleasant and cordial, the Kitchen prepared a wonderful feast and served it with gusto, the bartenders served delicious drinks quickly, whilst showing a well rounded knowledge in mixology, wine, beer, and various liquors. Several recommendations were made based on my tastes and my palate was not found wanting. The food was scrumptious and pleasing to the eye as it was served in an elegant presentation. Compliments to our gifted chef for the evening, for the items on the menu were nothing short than pieces of art. Our event couldn't have been held at a better venue. I only hope Heaven is as satisfying as this experience. Simply brilliant. Cheers to you all. Thank you!
