Just across the river from downtown Memphis so very convenient to visit. The campground is large and pretty spread out. The sites are level and right on the river. Quite and peaceful I really enjoyed just sitting around watching the barges float by.

A hidden treasure!!

After reading a ton of reviews, we stayed at Tom Sawyer last night. We were just passing through, heading east for Thanksgiving in Knoxville.

We have stayed on the other side of the river at T.O. Fuller previously and will never stay there again.

First let me say, do not let the drive in deter you. It seems way out there, but it's not. Once you check in, which was pleasant, speedy and efficient. Super friendly staff.

You round that right corner and it all opens up to the three different site areas. We stayed in site 1 a really flat pull through. Didn't even have to unhook or level! Fabulous. If we were staying longer I would definitely stay closer to the river. Some sites are paved. There is a pretty pond with weeping willows. Benches and watch towers line the bank of the Mississippi so you can go out and sit and enjoy a gorgeous sunset, like we did.

It would seem most of the full time residents live in the first section where we were.

There is not a fenced dog park, but a huge...and I mean huge open field where we let our dogs off leash to chase the ball. Peaceful and quiet.

I am so happy to find a nice rv park located in the (West) Memphis area.

We will definitely return.

This is a beautiful park right next to the Mississippi River. The facility is very clean, well maintained, and quiet. They have a back in and pull through sites. We had no trouble finding enough space for our 65ft rig and an extra vehicle in our pad. Sites are very level and easy to enter and exit.

The facility is a mix of long term and short term visitors with reasonable space between sites. There is lots of room to walk or ride bikes with local trails nearby and the park itself is quite sizeable. Each site comes with a picnic bench. There is also a lot of open grass area and two standing ponds which people were fishing out of during our stay.

For kids, there is no playground or pools, but they do have some fun tree houses throughout the area that can be enjoyed, they are very unique and a must for exploring.

Overall, we stayed three nights and enjoyed them all. I would highly recommend this facility for those who would like a quiet and enjoyable spot next to the Mississippi River.

A complete hidden gem! I am almost do not even want to tell anyone about how amazing it is because part of the beauty is that it is not over crowded. The spots here are amazing! They are all beautiful, clean, flat pads and the owners are very accommodating and kind. We would 100% recommend this place.

Just stopped to ck the place out for future camping. Huge spots. Many lots right ON the water. The river is so low now, it would be a chore to get to it. After floods in 2011 some of the structures are not brought up to standard. There is an amazing tree house. Office needs major upgrading. The women who greeted us was supper friendly and helpful. May be back with our RV.
