Nice little campground with great hosts. Convenient to town. Easy in and out. Full hook ups for $25.25 per night with tax. Contact City Hall to get the host's phone number to reserve a spot.
Love it! Zip line, and splash pad available also. Lots of fun for the whole family.
Recently refreshed, Thompson Park offers something for everyone. Playground and splash park for the kids. Dog walk area for four-legged friends. Covered dining areas for groups and parties. Lots of locals and out-of-towners use the RV park and it becomes quite a fun place to hang out on the weekends. Be sure to check it out if coming through the area.
Update: they have added a Disc Golf course and a new water/splash zone.
Nearby attractions are Cumberland Falls, Cumberland Gap, Walker Park (1st House in Kentucky), and birthplace of KFC in Corbin, KY. Also, enjoy shopping and dining in downtown Barbourville, a 5-10 minute walk from the park.

Thompson Park is a nice place to have little family get togethers. We had my little daughters 2nd birthday party there and we also let her Easter egg hunt there this year, she had a blast.
