This is a "luxury boondocking" single party camp site in the forest with full hook-ups. Located 2 1/2 easy miles off of the pavement on a wide, well-maintained county road, The Wilds is a new and unique kind of camping. If you want to take the family away from it all, into the actual wilderness, surrounded by trees and wildlife, but still want a hot shower at the end of the day, this is the place. A very unique and somewhat different experience, wilderness camping, no neighbors - you will never have to camp next to strangers - all the comforts up to 2 rigs travelling together. 2 full sets of hook-ups, so bring an RV buddy. Tent sites in the trees, kids, pets, hunters, bikers, hikers, loafers, and antisocial hermits welcome.
Call for directions. Google maps is wrong.
Nice, friendly people, a nice, clean place. A good place to stay there in a good place to reside there. I would recommend it to anybody and everybody including friends and family.
I have read the reviews on this park, one person says management isn’t pet friendly that 100 precent false Lon and Linda and the assistants mgrs treat everyone with respect and Lon always always takes time to pet my little dog and with the park having maybe 5/6 people having dogs I’ve seen each one walking there dogs with no interference what so ever.. park is clean well kept and Lon being in his 80s is a hard worker, if you bring a concern to him he is on it… I reside here as many others do, most are friendly and always wave and speak to each others, yes there is always one that doesn’t wave speak and minds his own business, In which is his right, but you’ll be hard press to find a better rate, mgrs ARE nice , and being a former deputy sheriff I see no drugs nor riff Raff ..
if there is I’m certain there asked to get out of the park .some people write bad reviews just because they can’t get there way… if your seeking nice clean rv park come see for yourself, talk to Lon or Linda , walk around ask the folks that live here get a feel for the place..other wise if your a hoodlum then I can assure you this isn’t a place for you..
Lon & Linda are two of the nicest people. We were here a year ago and will be coming in again tomorrow for 2 nights. I'm looking forward to going into the garden of love. This park is quiet and peaceful. It is so clean!
In our opinion it is one of the very nicest parks we have visited. It's not fancy with lots of bells and whistles, but it's comfortable.
I especially love the full kitchen house. I will be baking while I am here for sure..
We stayed for a week. Had a nice level pull-through site with FHU and a great spot to park our toad while we explored Spokane. Beautiful flowers in the park.
Owners are very friendly and kind and definitely take good care of the park and enforce the rules.
As other reviews have mentioned, they do in fact grow produce for their guests in a lovely garden on site. They actually encouraged me to harvest something when I checked in, so during my stay I had a delicious salad with some greens they'd grown.
There are lots of full timers in this park, but it was very quiet.
Will definitely stay the next time we're in the area. Really nice little park.
The assistant manager will make up crazy stuff about you like there are feral kids locked under your RV that you feed only at night and let them loose. And there's no guest allowed my girlfriend walked in and I guess that makes you a drug dealer. Also, he would harp on you for the tiniest infractions and makeup fines about them so my overall experience was unpleasant and left a diststain for camping for a long time so if I could my rating would be 0/5 never stay there avoid it if you can
