I love this resort. my family used to go there every year for a vacation.... Over 10 years... It's so peaceful and quiet. The lake is beautiful. It brings back alot of memories looking at the pictures. Was my mom's favorite place also and when she passed away we spread her ashes in the lake🥰 it would be nice to camp There again. 🤗

Camped at the resort. The fishing is always great. It's better with a boat, but dock fishing isn't bad.

First time staying at this lovely breathtaking place. Good amenities, staff was lovely and friendly. Almost feels like you're stepping back to a simpler part of life and I loved it.

The lake is a beautiful place to fish and hang out but the resort is not well taken care of. The fish cleaning station pipes were disconnected and drainage was all over the floor and the pipe that you can send the guts out to was over flowing on the grass. When we told the front desk they didn’t seem to care. We heard other’s complaints about it as well and said nothing was being done. There was also a fee If they found you cleaned fish in your room so you had to go to the resort next door to clean the fish.

The cabins are old fashioned but decent for a family except most fire pits they said had to be shared with other cabins and the neighbor we had the fire pit was directly infront of their front door and they were not happen when they showed up to find us using it. The campground staff told us they would deliver firewood and it took 2 days and 3 times asking before it finally showed up. They also said they would find us our own fire pit and after 5 days it never showed up.

If you are staying here it’s for the lake and not for a luxury stay

We’ve been coming to rainbow beach resort for a good 20 years. It’s our favorite camp that we look forward to every year.

Resort is super peaceful. We did come on a busy week, but there were no problems with the busyness.

The resort does ask for a bit of an update. We stayed at the rv sites and 88,90 were overflowing with sewer for most of our stay and was nasty. This needs major fix up. Would be nice to level up the rv spots they have so many dips which the kids fall in.

Fish cleaning station has been updated a bit that is nice.

Biggest negative was skunks in the evening and night. Make sure to clean up all your food and trash or else they will get into everything and make a mess and obviously spray if you try to mess with them. I hope they can set up traps and catch them!

They got new docks!!! Super stocked about that! Ladders by the docks where we swam at. Wish they had a public swim area because it feels like we are constantly invading the privacy of the waterfront cabins.

Laundromat coins and soap dispensers don’t work, which is very inconvenient so you need to go to the store for that.

Other than those few issues, we love it here.
