Will definitely go back! The campground is very clean and family-friendly. The ladies at the store were super nice!! Thanks for having us.
Just got off the phone with these people. Was told they won't shuttle fisherman that want to use jon boats on the weekends. Only Monday through Thursday. They are to busy to shuttle you on the weekend. Since they need another driver and a special trailer for them. Ive been here many times and never seen a jon boat trailered at all. What nonsense!!! Guess you can't put them in a pickup truck anymore. Thats ok I bet Art Wade and Son's will be happy to help some fisherman out. What a shame this place used to accommodate you any way possible. Times have changed and not for the better. Our party won't be staying here either we will find accommodations elsewhere. We need the old owner back he would have never said no to money!!!
Best family campground I have been to in a long time with amazing ambiance! The family who owns the campground are such kind amazing people. I will definitely be back!
Stayed two nights. The roads getting back to the resort are very narrow. Some spots are also narrow. When we arrived it was around 8pm and we were left to find our site with no map ect. We eventually had to walk around with flashlights to spot our very slightly marked spot. The place was quiet for the most part but several people took advantage of the low staff and partied till late in the evening.
My family rented a cabin at Boiling Springs Friday night. The owners were very nice and welcoming. My truck had a flat tire and they offered to bring their air compressor from home. The cabins are nice and the float on the Big Piney river is relaxing and the fishing is not bad.
