Towed in a 30' travel trailer the road was a little sketchy..."narrow & windy". Once we got to the gate all 👍. Family friendly

These rooms need to seriously be renovated! Not worth it for $250.00 a night! The staff was not welcoming from the time we checked in! The stove had melted plastic in it so unusable. Toaster did not work. The cabin did not have working smoke alarms! Serious violation! On the plus side the shower was nice & the cabin did have a great view of the lake.

The lake is beautiful and in the hands of someone else it would be a spectacular location to rent and stay. They had the opportunity to make this such an enjoyable, beautiful, well run spot but they are definitely falling short.

The cabins are dirty and dusty and do not seem cleaned or laundered regularly. The pillows themselves were brown and yellow under only one thin pillow case. And the bedding is ugly and definitely does not look clean and neat. When spending $200 a night I hope I am paying for a clean place to stay, even old cabins can be clean. They offer no restrooms or showers to the people staying outside of your cabin. They will not let more than 6 people stay in a campsite (including little kids) and even if your trailer sleeps more. We've been going there for years because of the convince for our kids and the fun they have on the lake, but it gets worse every time we go and it will probably be our last unless things change.

The trailer parking spots are small and squeezed together and all our camping neighbors were complaining about it. The upkeep or "mended" fixes around the property is poorly done. They do NOT have great customer service, and they do not seem like they are trying to run a great business, it seems like they bought it for their family to live at and the guests are an after thought.

Disappointing when so many people can see so much potential for a cool location.

The epitomy of relaxation, regrouping and good for the soul, mind and body! I highly recommend this family owned experience. In years past l have stayed in a cabin. The yurts are much preferred by me. They are new to these new owners. October is also much preferred over summer months. Less people and commotion and the coffee shop remains open❤️We will be back!
