We usually come once or twice a year. My daughter and son in law (winkelmans) have a trailer. Pool is great and kept clean. Plenty of stuff and games for people to do.(bags, botche ball, horeshoes, vollyball, basketball, miniture golf course). Owners celebrated the campground birthday this year with free pizza and music at night(Awesome).Very Relaxing

If someone were to ask me to describe Summer Hideaway in 2 words, I would say stress relief. I love this place. I have found my second family here.

The owners are helpful, hardworking, and amazing people. They have done an outstanding job of creating a wonderful place for people to get away from the daily grind and do some serious R&R.

Great family campground! This is our 2nd year here and we love it. Everyone is super nice. Lots of kids for our son to play with. The pool is amazing and perfect for a hot day. Close to many places to do things outside the campground.

Clean, up to date, large sites, friendly staff, amazing pool. This is a phenomenal facility, the owners clearly care about this place and put their heart and soul into it. I spent the weekend here with my wife and kids. The only bad part was our neighbors, they were an older group of folks, but they stayed up until 1:30am drinking around their campfire and left piles of beer cans scattered all around their site. Pretty disappointing behavior. Quiet hours should be respected.
