Spent 5 days in the middle of June, nice boat launch and parking area. We camped at the northern end, where the sites were more private. The south end is nice if you have groups going or are just a social kind of person. There is a great playground and beach area for the kids! The fishing is great too! Only 4 stars because it was hard to find someone who works there.

Great place to camp with friends and family. Clean campground. Not too loud at night. Everyone is super friendly and the camp hosts are, too. The bathrooms have clean showers that are reasonably priced. I have been going every year for the past 6 years. I would reccomend to those that love the outdoors, lakes, beaches, and fishing!

Excellent place to camp. We were right by the water and it was beautiful. My only complaint is the thick green algae that consumed the lake. The county really needs to work on the run-off that goes into the lake to try to minimize the algae. We were only able to use the lake one day due to that. :-/

Spacious sites, park was clean and well maintained. Many sites, beautiful views of the water and are just a few feet from the shoreline! Showers are nice but do require 25 cents...

Good for spring and fall, probably best to avoid summer. Bugs, algae just to name a couple downers. A single water toilet/bathhouse which is central but quite far for backwoods and southern shore spots. About 6 great spots 108 and 113-118 for water views, though no stairs to launch kayaks from sites. Very quiet, no roads nearby so estimate 10 min to get to nearest Kwik Trip.
