Second time there this season... Really turning into the goto spot on the lake.
Good Friday fish fry! Today's service was really good, and there weren't many open tables.
Started at Costa Rickie's for cocktails, which were great, then dinner, and then ice cream.
Great old fashioneds!
Great place to boat to!
We only went to the beach which is always clean and has great views and sunsets. We have not eaten here since they reopened. We are a little apprehensive since the food and service has gone downhill over the years
The service was far from exceptional! Took 15 mins plus to even see a waiter/server for the first time, we asked for a minute to look at the menu didn’t see the him for another 15 mins plus! Took 45 mins plus to even see our food or our waiter/server again! We ordered two main entrees, one being the tenderloin tips over mash potatoes (for reference their serving was the size of a soup bowl). We originally asked for ribs was informed they were out but magically the tables on either side of us both ordered them after our order was taken! Two bites into the meal we were asked if we needed anything & next thing we know the bill is placed on the table! The food was mediocre.
We should of known after ordering burgers and sandwiches to go the weekend before where all the condiments were nowhere to be found!
We have given this restaurant multiple chances. We have ordered the prime rib which is overpriced and not very good ( we didn’t even finish the portion)
BBQ Ribs were amazing, with a Bourbon BBQ SAUCE, Our Waitress was the best! I believe Her name was Shari? Great personality period!!
What a fun place! Pack up the family or bring some friends and head here in the summer because it is awesome! The food was amazing (French fries are a MUST and the prime rib is to die for) The time spent on the beach was great and we loved hanging out at the tiki bar! Service was A+ and we really enjoyed getting to relax. We will be back!
