I am not an employee, nor was I compensated in any way for this review. I hesitate to leave such a good review, because it's only going to get tougher to secure a reservation here, but let's go!

This is the best place I have ever stayed at! From the staff of Scott, Dylan, Kevin and Kristine you will find none better. Very approachable, hard working, foot loose, fun folks! It's a very laid back resort.

Free washers and dryers. 5 showers with bathrooms. A play area with every game you could imagine for the kids. And, you can sit at your site and see your kids at all times in the middle grass area where they play at! Scott, the owner brought in musicians to play a few nights. Woke up one morning and he bought burritos for everyone in the resort . Who does that? The owner does.

Hats off to this group and the resort. I am going to post a ton of photos with this review. I hope it helps you see the resort.

This is a gorgeous little gem of a campground. We loved that we had a creek side site, listening to the water flow was so relaxing. We loved the swings and twinkling lights. Everything about this place is enjoyable and relaxing. Each site had a full bbq grill, a fire pit and the bathroom/ showers were always clean and stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. Scott the host is doing a wonderful job there and Dylan was very nice & helpful. We will be going back next year for sure.

When I think about the road trip I took with my friends through Arizona and Colorado, this campground pops into my head all the time with all the great memories. We had some of the greatest moments there, thanks to the most helpful and friendliest staff, the awesome location and amenities. The guys were always ready to help and made our stay there feel special. Pure sense of freedom! Even if this review comes long after we were there, we still think about it and the guys! Don't miss it if you are around, even if you only have time to visit their shop. If you're not around, just take a detour. It's worth it!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G Family Friendly campground! I don't often post reviews, but Stoner RV Resort was such an amazing experience for our family that I had to post something so others would know how great it is. Our family of 9 camped (tent camped) for 2 nights and had an amazing experience. This campground provides so many things: free firewood, electric A/C outlet in the campsite, HOT and cold running water in the campsite, a bathhouse with free hot showers, free laundry, and lots of fun family activities (basketball, volleyball, cornhole toss, soccer goals, and lots of other yard games). They have free (very fast) WiFi). Plus, the hosts took great care of us, checking in if we needed anything and bringing over items they thought would make our stay more comfortable or fun for the kids without us even asking. Plus, the setting is amazing nestled in the mountains with a river as background noise running through the edge of the campground.  We highly, highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Scott, Jennifer & Dylin!!!

We were looking forward to a quiet "end of season" getaway and happened to run across a number of "glowing reviews" for Stoner RV Resort, so we made a reservation for five days straddling the end of September and first of October. Winner, winner chicken dinner!!

We were met in the Office/Stoner General Store (if they don't have it, you probably don't need it), by the owner, Scott (the de facto Mayor of Stoner) and escorted to our charming parking space by Stoner Creek. After helping us get backed into our Space, Scott excused himself with the assurance that he would be right back our Wi-Fi booster and password. What he failed to mention was the "swag bag" with a dozen fresh eggs, homemade cinnamon roll, homemade banana bread, an assortment of snacks and a Stoner koozie...not a bad way to make folks feel welcomed and at home!

Scott is a busy man, who is constantly working... Moving and shaking... To make the Stoner RV Resort a destination to stay and to play! It's a labor of love to build a business from a burned out restaurant and vacant land.

The little RV Resort that could...and does!!
