What a wonderful surprise to find this place! Steve, the camp host has been AMAZING! I’ve camped in National parks all over the lower 48 and never, NEVER had such an amazing camp host. From day one he personally made sure I was aware of all the camp sites amenities. He even provided an extension cord to enable my tent site to reach. I’m a single lady and live to camp but usually keep one eye open at night but have been able to feel safe and secure here. I was able to experience peace and the tranquility of pure nature during my stay. There are many hidden trails to secret waterfalls with access from camp. Hot showers and super clean bathrooms, WI-FI and electric sites and the hospitable host make this camp a definite 5 star on my list!!!

We ride our horses here often. Restrooms are always clean, our campsite was clean, but the campground host was a bit too friendly. As we pulled in and we’re trying to park the horse trailer she was all up in my face telling me how to park my trailer, had her head up in my horses faces while they were in the trailer. She stated she was a “horse” person and I responded that I “was NOT” a people person in hopes she would move along while we got settled in. A real PITA!

A great experience for rv camping! BEWARE is you are coming in an rv or a pull behind the roads to this campground have steep hills, blind turns, turns into a one car road and the last stretch is all gravel with 10 mph curves! Keep in mind I drive a 24' long and 11' tall rv. Bathrooms and showers are kept pretty clean and the camping ground itself is beautiful!!
