One of the most enjoyable camping trips you'll ever have great clean facilities with RV dump and boat ramp info center and the best park rangers.Steve Horn and his staff get kudos from me!

Gorgeous reservoir and huge. There's a full hookup RV campground (north campground) that looked all crowded in together, but I stayed in the (south) without hookups but with beautiful views, privacy and nice covered picnic area plus path down to the water. It was out on a point overlooking the gorgeous water. Only problems with it were...others who stay on these camping points in the south campground leave an RV unattended during the week so they'll have that spot on the weekend. Not very fair for others who may want that site for a night or two during the week. Obviously they pay for the site and figure that's all that's needed, but it keeps others from enjoying these beautiful "overlook" sites. They also didn't have a dumpster, sewer station, water or electric in the south so even trash had to be driven to the north. There was one dumpster down at the marina but it was hard to get anywhere near it because it was used for fish. I also suggested they put a "dead end" sign at the start of the road down to the point I camped on. So many vehicles even seeing my RV parked down at the picnic shelter on the point kept driving down and pulling up right next to my RV thinking the road led somewhere and it started to feel quite invasive on my camping experience. Whether they put up a sign since is hard to say. Other people pulled up just to fish from that point. An enormous reservoir and my campsite was the only place that works for them. Go figure.

Great rv campground at seminoa state park. Sites right on the shore line of the lake, which is beautiful!

The site had electric and fire pit.

The campground has fresh water and dump station.

The only downside is the lack of showers and the restrooms which are very clean but without running water.

The drive from the highway is an easy 30min scenic drive.

View - 10/10

Campground - 10/10

Shower - none

Restroom - 5/10

Enjoy!

We were at the gazebos for just day visiting and fishing. Had an enjoyable day. Definitely not enough shade but always a nice place to go.

8.2 miles from I 80 in Sinclair. Perfect for overnight or longer. Several pull thrus and car camping sites large an very separate and quiet and clean. We pulled right next to the river. That night we saw more stars then I knew were up there as well as the Milky Way. The sunset was stunning.

Super clean pit toilet. No water.

Be sure to go to Su Casa a family run excellent Mexican restaurant on Lincoln st right next to the interstate. Fresh bright and best Mexican food. I would plan a stop at the restaurant even if just passing by
