High price for being so close to railroad tracks. Also right in the middle of industrial area. Is close to Andy Devine ...main road. This park has electrical issues! The owner jack wade could care less if you like it or not! Bad business!
Beware- they will profile you and will call the cops on you claiming you are a homeless criminal if you're seen on or with a bicycle. They are far too condescending and controlling of the tenants personal home lives. They'll falsely accuse you of breaking and entering even if it's the place you live and they knew about your presence- you do anything they see as unacceptable they'll show up and be very rude in confronting you and resort to calling law enforcement for practically no logical reason.
Tried calling on 7/15/22. Was laughed at because we live in a small town nearby. Told me that my 20lb dog was “way too big to even live in the city of kingman”. Absolutely disgusting how she treats potential customers
The park is nice, people are friendly, But, the office lady, puts a sour taste in your mouth. A situation that didn't have escalate, well she did, I rather would have been bit by a rottweiler. So after 2 weeks of her, I was blessed by her actions to find a more beautiful place with amenities and cool cat attitude after all, we're old cats and just want to live in peace, not like we're living in Rockers Prison. Glad to be out of here soon hopefully tomorrow! Please, Sunshine Park is not tranquil at all. I don't recommend this park at all
