Nice place to cool off during the hot summers. Be sure to check with Zion Park Upstream to see if there are any algae issues with the river before venturing into the water though. Sometimes during the very hot time of Summer there can become unhealthy levels of algae in the river in this section.

Perfect place near Zion to get away from the crowds and have some peace - there were only a couple of other people there when I went in September. Decent place to cool off in the river, explore, and have a picnic.

This a great little spot to take a break, have a picnic, enjoy some views without all the crowds, and even play in the water when it’s warm enough. I stop here quite regularly when I’m passing through the area.

Really nice little place and close by Fort Zion (less than a mile away). You can rent tubes to go tubing! Unfortunately, when I went, it had just rained, so the water was murky.

This place is AWESOME! Only a 30 minute drive from Cedar City, the water is shallow enough to walk in in some spots, deep enough to swim and dive in others. We saw people tubing down as well. Not much shade around at all, best to go early in the morning amd leave in the afternoon. Can't wait to go back!
