Great Family owned and operated RV Park, that has great shade trees and the little creek behind the park was full and flowing! Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, after a long day of exploring and hiking this is the place to come and relax and take it all in. The place is perfect Cathy and Michael have a pristine park!

It was a great place to stay 🤗 would recommend it to everyone. Plan ahead as since there are not many spots in the rv campground it can be difficult to find room. Of course we thank Kathie for ask the attentions in our stay. The Grand Mesa national forest is about 20 minutes away. The views are amazing... very recommended to visit them

We were only in town for a couple nights during the summer. While it's a small park, it's very beautiful and they had a spot that suited our needs. Seemed like most folks were there for the summer so you could have issues geting a spot during peak season. But the owners were so nice and it really was a great place to stay. All the shade is greatly appreciated in the summer! Great location to set up base camp to explore the western slope.

One of the best places to stay. Stayed here for 4 days. It fit our 42’ easily on the creek. It was so nice being able to look out and hear the irrigation creek running at night. Only bad I have is they only have 30 amp hook ups so we couldn’t run both AC units.
