Located 10 miles from Bangor and 2.5 miles from Carmel. From I-95, take Exit 174 and go north on Rt 69 for 2 miles. Park will be in the L (look for campground signs). From Rt 2 in Carmel, go south 2 miles and park will be on the R.
Small campground that wasn't very full. Pool but it's tiny. Bathrooms very clean, small laundry. Fine for a one night stay. We were here July 2015
Great place to stay. Huge pull through sites with full hook ups. Very quiet. Will stay again the next time we come through.
good, cheap (passport america) overnight stop, we stayed a few days while sightseeing. Definitely not a destination park. Everyone we encountered was nice. Looks like they are trying to make some improvements
Great campground. The owners are amazing. We stayed here while closing on our homestead, for almost 2 months. Everyone, the owners, seasonal campers, and regulars really made us feel welcome and at home. You can’t help but want to be friends with everyone. I would recommend this campground to anyone and everyone, we will definitely be back.
Great place. Owners are very nice and making improvements. Sites are huge. Trees everywhere. Close to Bangor.
