Currently staying here. We come here a lot and normally love the experience. We stay in the hotel but this time we walked into our room and found food inside the fridge which isn’t a big deal just gives us a sign they aren’t cleaning that great. Five minutes later we found an insulin needle in the floor with an open tip. Called and told the front desk and she just said “so what’s the problem”. Just glad I didn’t bring any kids with me because that would have been an easy trip to the hospital. I can handle food and even left over clothes but a needle is a no for me. “So what’s the problem”…. Open needles in the floor .

I checked into the property from 10/27/2023 thru 10/29/2023 . Upon getting to the hotel , you have to unload your vehicle and drive far across the lot to park , due to the parking lot being repaved . Upon entry into the room it is darkly lit . I went out to play and when I returned , I saw several ants crawling on the table . I killed those and went back out later . Upon returning to the room , ants were observed on the table , bathroom and ceiling . It was late and I didn’t notify the front desk . I killed these ants and went to bed . Sam’s Town is steadily spiraling down . The atmosphere and employees attitude make it seem as though it’s a FUNERAL HOME !

Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall made my Birthday weekend an excellent experience to remember. All the staff from the hotel, the casino floor and restaurants are great and the drink servers are all awesome. The burgers and philly cheese steak sandwich at Smokey Joe's are absolutely delicious. Thank you to all at Sam's Town for the work you do, which in turn, makes my monthly mini vacations here incredible.

We are so disappointed in this place. It is in dire need of a remodel. We stay in places nationwide, and this is one of the worst. There is no ventilation in the casino. Slots don't hit, but the worst room we've ever stayed in! The bed was so bad, we almost left in the night to go somewhere else. Lumpy and no support. Torn wallpaper, holes in lampshades, toilet stained and gross. NEVER again. Please don't stay here.

We drove over four hours to do some gambling in Tunica. The first place we stopped was Sam's Town. We didn't have our Boyd card with us, so we went to the players' desk to get new ones. The person behind the counter rolled her eyes as we walked up and didn't greet us. We told her that we wanted to get a reprint of our players' cards. She just pointed to the automated kiosk. We went to the kiosk and put in our driver's license. The kiosk was for promotions and not a reprint. It referred us back to the player's desk. We just left.
