Robin Hood Woods Campgrounds and resort is a 5-star campground. The owner and all the staff are really helpful, and the customer service is amazingly one of the best I have experienced. The seasonal campers are friendly and accommodating, and they have a happy campers' attitude. Bathrooms, swimming pool, and tent camping sites are clean. This campground will be one of my weekend camping gateways.
Nice campground with pool. We only stayed for one night. Most sites looked like pull-through with full hook ups. Ours was no exception. Neighbors were friendly. A lot of people there have permanent sites and just leave their campers there year round. Campground is open April through October. Definitely good for social camping as their are a lot of people you can talk to. Wish I took pictures.
Very professional! Had a wonderful time. Very clean and cabin had all the comforts of home. Beautiful scenery.
Great location, right next to the largest man made dam and lake. Shop is organized and well taken care of. We missed the opportunity to swim in the pool, but it looked very well maintained and clean. Great for walking around if you want to walk a dog or just go for a walk. Clean and taken care of as a whole. Cabins look super nice and fun, we stayed in a camper so that's unknown territory.
It wasn't the cleanest cottage, noticeable dirt under the bed, we washed what dishes we were going to use before using them because coffee pot wasn't clean, grease on the stove, greasy smears on table. A/C didn't cool the small room at all (we had it set at 66°), they advertise free wifi and there was none not even outside (as I was told to try). Nice place to use your own camper just not a fan of the cottage.
