We stayed here last night and it was fabulous!! We asked for an upper floor room and we were so surprised when we opened the door to the jacuzzi suite!! It was so very clean and the guy working last night and the gal this morning were so pleasant!!! The breakfast was great! I had forgotten my blow dryer and they had one at the front desk!! We would highly recommend this place and if back in the area ever we would stay again! There’s a real good restaurant/bar basically in the parking lot too!! Excellent place in our book!! Thank you!!

I'm a woman traveling alone in a 20' Uhaul, towing my car. The Roadside Inn was the perfect place to stop! Super easy RV/truck parking. Restaurant next door, gas station 1/4 mile away (Had their homemade sub). Hotel breakfast was fresh. Staff and management is conscientious and thoughtful. Cozy, safe, clean. Great price. Highly recommend!

I reserved a room 24 hours ahead of time, and yet when I arrived at 11pm the following day no one was at the reception besides a piece of paper with "No Vacancy" written on it. Called and waited for 45 minutes but no one showed up. After driving for over 13 hours from Illinois and making a reservation 24 hours ahead of time, this is as poor of a service it can get. Also, beware that a train will pass every 15 minutes sounding horns 200 ft from the hotel.

This place was a life saver! We pulled in and due to inclement weather there was no staff present. But they gave us a way to sign in and we were able to spend the night! We could hear the train but it wasn’t loud enough to keep us awake. Not a new place but it was clean and when the staff came in morning they were friendly and very helpful!
