We have stay at river jct ever summer when we pass through in motorhome and trailers it works for us never a prom we have never been bother by anyone or any thing in the 5 years we stop there good place for easy stopover if you need fancy go to koa
camp hosts were so kind!! my husband and i enjoyed our overnight stay!
It's pretty because it's on the river. Tent camping is cheap. That's all it has going for it.
The negatives were the woman's bathrooms were locked. We never saw the camp host. We wanted to ask the camp host for the wifi password and when check out time was. We ended up paying an extra day and didnt stay. There is no markers or map telling where the tent camping is. Spots are kinda confusing. Showers are expensive. Some of the spots are extremely nasty because people live there full time.
Honestly, I was absolutely blown away by the beauty of this place. I'm on a journey of healing, and the overwhelming sense of peace I got here made me cry. It's a little spendy for just tent campers, but it makes up for that with a hot shower! I do wish there was a better job done cleaning the restrooms and shower room, tho. The bugs and spiders were ridiculous and easily preventable with minimal effort. I really wanted to give 5 stars but the bugs...
